The Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the website, services, and applications operated by, LaKim Gems, online products and services provided by LaKim Gems, doing business as LaKim Gems.
Our Services are designed to coordinate, and distribute the sell of street wear and shoe wear.
These Terms are separated into two parts. Part 1 sets forth terms applicable to Purchasers; and Part 2 sets forth general terms and conditions that are applicable to all users who access and use the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.
PART 1: TERMS APPLICABLE TO PURCHASERS

Following fulfillment of the buyer purchase and receipt of the Purchaser's payment for the fashion items, Lakim gems will endeavor to deliver an email to the Purchaser containing the confirmation information for the clothing and shoe items.
1.3.In the event that customer runs into any issues purchasing an item, customer shall notify customer support via email: [email protected]
PART 2.Compliance with Applicable Law and Rules
LaKim Gems represents and warrants that the "buyer" will at all times be in full compliance with these Terms.
2.1.Copyright and Trademark
The Services, including the text, images, logos, product and service names, slogans and other content, are owned by or licensed to LaKim Gems. Except as explicitly stated in these Terms, LaKim Gems and our licensors reserve all rights in and to the Services, which includes all such content therein. We are not responsible for any harm related to your inability to access or use the Services.
2.2.Prohibited Activities
You agree that you will not violate any Applicable Law or applicable contract, intellectual property or other third-party right or commit a tort, and that you are solely responsible for your conduct while accessing and using our Website. You also agree that you will not:
• Engage in any harassing, threatening, intimidating, predatory or stalking conduct;
• Use the Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Services or that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the functioning of the Services in any manner;
• Reverse engineer any aspect of the Services or do anything that might discover source code or bypass or circumvent measures employed to prevent or limit access to any part of the Services;
• Attempt to circumvent any content-filtering techniques we employ or attempt to access any feature or area of our Services that you are not authorized to access;
• Develop any third-party applications that interact with the Services without our prior written consent, including any scripts designed to scrape or extract data from the Services; or
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or engage in, encourage or promote any activity that violates these Terms.

2.3.Indemnification
You will indemnify, defend and hold harmless LaKim Gems, our subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of our respective officers, directors, agents, partners and employees (individually and collectively, the "LaKim Gems Parties") from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, expenses or costs (including attorneys' fees), arising out of or related to (a) your access to and use of the Services; (b) Feedback you submit; (c) your violation of these Terms, any Applicable Law and/or any other terms and conditions applicable to your use of the Services or your obligations under these Terms; (d) your violation, misappropriation or infringement of any rights of another (including intellectual property rights or privacy rights); or (e) your conduct or your performance of your obligations in connection with the Services or under these Terms. This indemnity is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other indemnities set forth in a written agreement between you and LaKim Gems or the other LaKim Gems Parties.
